Ogier's Cayman Corporate team advises ClearThink 1 Acquisition Corp on US$125 million IPO

Ogier's Corporate team in the Cayman Islands has advised ClearThink 1 Acquisition Corp. on its US$125 million initial public offering on the Nasdaq Global Market.

The initial public offering of 12,500,000 units priced at US$10.00 per unit began trading under the ticker symbol CTAAU on 24 February 2026. Each unit consisted of one Class A ordinary share and one right to receive one-fifth of one Class A ordinary share at the closing of the company’s initial business combination. ClearThink 1 Acquisition Corp. (ClearThink) intends to focus on targets in the financial services sector in the United States and other developed countries.

Ogier's team provided Cayman Islands legal counsel to ClearThink. The team was led by partner Cynthia Anandajayasekeram, with support from partner Bradley Kruger and associate Scott Parmenter.
